A guided ecstatic dance practice where we flow through a playlist of different songs to find your true expression, emotional release, play, connection and expansion to hold the art that is all of you.
Drop out of your head, leave behind any story of perfection or getting it right and find the wisdom of your own body. This is a beautiful practice of feeling deeply and briefly all the things your body wants to move freely through, in a loving dance container.
Light yoga, stretch & breathwork warm up followed by lots of encouragement to move however your body desires.
All abilities and bodies welcome. Venue is handicap accessible. Come be a movement mystic.

CaraLilly AKA The Wild Love Priestess is an artist of love, writer, dancer, witch, creatrix and shadow walker. Versed in the sensual, creative & erotic arts, she coaches clients on sacral expression, sex and relating, walking the sacred path of the heart and embodying feminine archetypes (especially the delicious dark ones.) She is passionate about helping others find the heart’s voice, radical love, sensual play, rebellious expression and making art of life all outside the social constructs and scripts of the overculture. CaraLilly’s workshops include Bliss Breathwork, Serpentine Temple, Aphrodisia Erotic Writing Circle and Movement Mystics Dance Ceremony.
